Qi Gong  is an ancient Chinese exercise for maintaining health and well-being. Every day, millions of people around the world practice Qi Gong to improve their health, treat various ailments, and stay fit and vital.

The theory of Qi Gong is exactly the same as the theory of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), according to which if energy and blood circulate in our body without creating stagnation, a person remains healthy and fit. However, if stagnation of Qi (energy) and Blood (xue) occurs, then many ailments and diseases occur. Regular practice of Qi Gong does not allow for disturbances in the circulation of blood and energy, helping the body to remain healthy for a long time.

There are many different types of Qi Gong exercises. Some require memorizing numerous movements, others are very simple and can be learned in just a few moments. Everyone can choose something for themselves, but it is important to practice daily or as often as time and opportunity allow.

Anyone can practice, regardless of age, gender or health - these exercises are for everyone. Qi Gong can also cure and not only prevent diseases. Many people practice it because they want to cure diseases that plague them and the effects are often surprisingly good.

It is therefore worth familiarizing yourself with and making friends with the exercises every day. After all, we do it not only for ourselves, but also for our loved ones.
